1. What is SENDIT.LK?

SENDIT.LK is an e-commerce application hosted by ZENITH BPO (PVT) LTD., which caters

to all your gift giving needs and provides a hassle-free and time saving online shopping

experience. This facility is also available to any entity aspiring to sell their products online.


2. Who are our Vendors?

All products which are offered by SENDIT.LK are bought from reputed organizations which

are renowned for their quality for years in Sri Lanka. The sources of the products are

mentioned under each product offered in SENDIT.LK.


3. How are the products delivered?

SENDIT.LK has dedicated professional delivery teams where they deliver all items in

original accepted quality. Perishable items like FRESH FLOWERS, CAKES

& FRUIT BASKETS are delivered only in the cities specified in SENDIT.LK site.

All other products are delivered to most parts in Sri Lanka.


4. How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once your payment has been successfully made, your order is processed internally

(and immediately). SENDIT.LK will send a mail (Your Order states as "Preparation

in progress") for your order, to the email address associated with your

SENDIT.lk order/account. 


5. How do I make a payment for a SENDIT.lk purchase?

SENDIT.LK offers multiple methods to make payments for your order.

1.Online payments using Credit or Debit cards through Paypal.

2.You can pay by visiting our office at Colombo 04.

3.Can use Bank wire payment option.

4.Dialog EZ CASH option.


6. What is Bank wire payment method?

By this method you can place the order online and deposit the payment to our given bank

account physically. After depositing the payment, give us a call (in some cases bank slip

should be emailed or faxed to us). If the payment was successful we will deliver your

product soon as possible. Please note that bank wire payments have to be done

48 hours prior to the delivery date.


7. Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on SENDIT.lk (Sales Tax)?

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with SENDIT.LK.

The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive of taxes. The prices you see on our

product pages are exactly what you pay for the item.  Delivery chargers may vary from

location to location.


8. Paypal error "Residents for the particular country can not ship purchases to Sri lanka"

An error message appears for some paypal account holders mentioning that "Residents for the particular country can not ship purchases to Sri lanka" Since it appears only with some Paypal account holders. We kindly request you to inform us regarding this message when you trying to pay. So we will send you a secured link through Paypal it self. By following that link you can pay securely for your order.


9. "Duplication transaction id" error appears on EzCash pay

This error "Operation Failed!  Duplicate transaction with the same merchant code and merchant's transaction id" appears only if a customer decide to change the payment method or to visit sendit.lk to change/update their shopping cart by clicking browser back button. EzCash website doesn't allow to go back after reaching the payment page. However If encountered with such issue regretably, following the bellow method will give you a workaround for that.

 

  • * For registered customer, Please logout & relogin and place your order again.
  • * For Guest Customers, Please clear browser history (clear cookies) and try again.
